Aboriginal Job Fair

MARCH | The Aboriginal Job Fair has been designed to allow quick connections between potential employees and employers. Registered organizations will meet numerous Aboriginal job seekers to identify themselves in the community and identify the positions for which they are hiring.


Annual Golf Tournament

Each June the Chamber hosts its annual Golf Tournament, a social sporting event designed to help you build that all-important business network. This popular team-based event is a great networking opportunity featuring a fun day of golf, lots of door prizes and a hearty supper at the end of the day.


Awards Gala

MARCH | The Chamber Annual Dinner is the Premier business event of the year. This gala event boasts a spectacular night of great food, entertainment and celebration as we recognize the success of our thriving business community with the presentation of our Business Excellence Awards.


Breakfast Series

The Breakfast Series will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. throughout the year and offer attendees a hot breakfast and chance to for a networking experience before the workday begins. Each breakfast will feature a speaker or panel discussing local business topics.


Business After 5

AS AVAILABLE | Through Business Information Series sessions you can learn new skills, meet other business owners, stay informed or get motivated and energized. The Chamber works closely with our members to identify key topics of interest to the business community, and broker’s workshops, information sessions and guest speakers to bring insight, knowledge and strategies to attendees. Seminars are always interesting, topical and affordable (often free), and also provide you with a great networking opportunity.


Chamber 101

This introductory session offers new and long-standing members guidance on how to get the most value from their membership. We discuss what a chamber is, the value proposition, and what’s in it for you.


Chamber Friday Coffees

The Chamber coffee events are held the First Friday of every month (September to June) and are an excellent networking opportunity for you and your business. No RSVPs, no speeches and open to all, the Coffees are a great way to catch up with colleagues, meet new comers and practice your networking skills in a casual setting.


Monthly Luncheons

These popular monthly events feature presentations from business, industry, government, and institutional CEO’s on topical information of importance to the business community. These luncheons draw a large attendance with 250-450+ attendees and provide prime networking opportunities.


Pub Nights

There is nothing more sociable than getting together at your local pub. Similar to Business After 5’s, Pub Nights will put a spotlight on a member’s restaurant/lounge/bar. The hosts will be able to showcase their business and offer a sampling of their cuisine to attendees. These evenings will offer attendees an informal and relaxed networking event. 

Special Events

AS AVAILABLE | The Brandon Chamber is constantly looking for more event opportunities to educate, inform, advocate, or offer networking opportunities for our members. From round tables with visiting electoral officials, specialty conferences, to election debates- there’s always something going on at the Brandon Chamber. AS AVAILABLE | The Chamber offers members invitations to a variety of developmental workshops throughout the year. Past workshops have focused on marketing, understanding social media, human resources, and how to handle feedback.
