Biography
Megan Foster is the founder of Mosaic Engagement Inc., an inclusive facilitation company based in Brandon, MB. With more than two decades of experience, Megan works with organizations across Canada to create clarity from complexity through dynamic, interactive facilitation. She specializes in group engagement, leadership development, and team culture.
Megan holds a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from Royal Roads University and is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF). Her approach is rooted in making people feel heard, keeping the process engaging, and ensuring teams leave with a clear, actionable path forward. She is a proud Brandon Chamber member.
