Connor responds to the Board of Directors for the full range of activity coordination, organizational structure and procedures, maintenance of membership, interpretation of policy, maintenance of the office and building, and long-term planning. He leads the entire staff and ensures that the Brandon Chamber is set up for success. His positive attitude is reflected in the entire Chamber, whether you are a member stopping by the office, a local looking for a business, or one of his employees – you are sure to see his friendly face!

Jessica Saler

As the Member Relations and Marketing Coordinator, Jessica oversees the membership, marketing, & communications of the Brandon Chamber. She assists the current membership with accessing their benefits, and keeping them up to date with what’s going on in the Chamber and the surrounding business community. She creates our publications to the membership and the public, ensuring that the Chamber is actively communicating with the community. Jessica also talks to those interested in potentially joining the Chamber, telling them more about Member benefits and how we can support their business. Her friendly approach makes her easy to talk to about what it means to be a Member, and how we can help make the most out of it!

Erin serves as the Office and Project Manager for the Brandon Chamber, excelling in daily office administration and managing impactful events and projects. With her keen attention to detail and organizational skills, she ensures seamless operations and efficient office processes. Erin takes charge of planning and executing larger events and projects, overseeing all aspects from budgeting to logistics coordination. Her expertise in project management and event execution contribute to the success and growth of the Chamber. Deshawn oversees our Chamber Luncheons and Business After 5’s, activities, and sponsorship for the Chamber. Ongoing communication with the membership regarding Chamber events, advocacy, and sponsorship opportunities is essential to the strength of the Chamber. DeShawn ensures that our events run smoothly and are an enjoyable time for all attendees.

Office Admin & Marketing Assistant (Summer Student)

Destiny Maluga

Destiny is joining our team for 8 weeks this summer to assist us with Office Admin & Marketing Assistant duties. Destiny is born and raised in Brandon, but has family roots in Waywayseecapo. She is in her final year of Political Science at Brandon University and focuses on Indigenous Rights and Resurgence. She is also currently studying for the LSATS as she plans to go to law school once she graduates from Brandon University! We are excited to have her on our team this summer!
